Wild thyme or "thyme"
Cuisine: mountain lamb, venison, Galtürer chanterelle stew, potato dishes ..
Herb: acts as a disinfectant and anti-inflammatory (throat, mouth, pharynx)

Mountain watercress

Alpine wild garlic
