We are a member of the Austrian „Genussregion“ and connect domestic products with amazing things from our nature. In Hotel Silbertaler mountain herbs and wild herbs are a main part in the offered menus.
Everybody who want’s to see the beautiful mountains from high up in the air should try our tandem flights with a special flight teacher (costs per flight EURO 100,00).

Learn how to make cheese with HERMANN HUBER and after words try it out.

Mountain breakfast at the “Stafali Weiher”
You start into the day with a little walk in the morning and than having a beautiful breakfast in the fresh mountain air. We show you an amazing place in the middle of the wood in Galtür.

Thursday:
A special hiking evening. We walk to 4 special places from several members of the Austrian “Genussregion”.
We offer you an amazing menu. At every station you find one course made of domestic products.
This walk is accompanied with Siegmund Wolfart he is going to tell you everything about our town. Also some of your music artists are going to make this evening so good that you will never forget.

This is the best time for wild herbs in the Silvretta region. The mountain herbs are very good and tastefully at that time in the beginning of summer. Everyday these special herbs are a part of our daily menu.
In Galtür herbs are growing in best air. So the best to do will be to try those herbs and take every thing to know about them back home. Rosemarie is going to help you with all of your questions about those herbs. And please take a big breath before you go back home this is the best to start in a good day.
Feel well, feel free and get much energy this is our slogan. It is an adventure and experience in a little group. Four sure not boring – laughing is a main part. Everybody should have fun doing this.
